He achieves F35 without giving up on SU 400 and fixes turkey's and own image in EU which was tarnished recently. He is risking whole design. Going against Taliban means being on American side means going against China means bad ties with Iran and Pakistan resulting this over smart move will steal the narrative of khilafat from turkey as its influence will diminish and make it easy to support revolt
