It is fine for Afghanis to come and occupy any land in Pakistan. What Afghani government will do if we Pakistani goes in Kabul and occupy some land near their government building?

Enough is enough and it is time for refugees to go back to their country because Afghanistan is much stable now.

These people are human beings and the poorest of the poor. The rich come under no law but for poor, even to survive is difficult. This happens in a society where the rich do not pay their taxes and the difference becomes rich and poor becomes so much. If the government wants to set an example of rule of law, they can start from the rich who have everything.

I don't know, y ppl cant understand, Laws are made to protect humanity........don't go beyond it..........clarify your state's policy for afghan mohajars ........otherwise give them shelter elsewhere ........

yay CDA kay officers thai ya aray garay? No uniform nothing, can't differentiate between them and potential terrorist hiding in these kachi abadi. I agree land encroachment is illegal, but you cannot run a society w/o laws, regulations, & jobs, and all of a sudden apply law on people. Since they were settled in it for so long, removing them now is only done properly if they are provided alternate housing (not just land since they had houses built on them) Otherwise you must stop the crime instantly and remove land encroachment when the owners of the land complain initially. Any muhajir person will reasonably be desperate, he/she will do anything to provide housing for his/her family. We must make it so that from day 1 everyone follows the law and make sure that law is not implemented selectively. Islam forbids us from giving poor or desperate people the opportunity to steal. For example, I shouldn't leave my $1000 cash in front of my poor employees, I will be creating a lust for them. Same here, you can't let anyone occupy the land and not take any action against them, like its done for our famous political parties who occupy land (PPP, MQM, PMLn), and then expect desperate people (muhajirs) not to do it.

since when nawaz , imran and asad umar started representing those illegal afghans ?
