I went through whole thing and these 67 visas are directly issued to CIA ... and this happened only after pressure of pak army... so now they(ISI) exectly know the whole details of these 76 people and 2ndly its easy to keep a check on them.

I'm not saying anything about the mission or the intention of these 67 people ... my only point is that this is the way to do it a CIA agent should come as CIA agent and businessman or a USA born Pakistani as a civil US citizen... you are still closest non NATO ally... more then 2.5 billion pak army is getting per year in terms of support and assistance in WOT... again im not saying its our war or what should be the policy yeah but until unless this policy continues there will be interaction and CIA personals will be around so its good that army took matters in his hand and regulating the visa procedure... as we all know 7000 visas Washington DC embassy alone issued without a nod from security agencies.
