If just an ordinance is needed for the implementation of Electoral Reforms according to specialists, then what government is waiting for?
It simply tells, government and allies like PML-N and others are not in favor of any electoral reforms, because they will suffer....and power will shifted towards PTI....:)

The Zardari-Nawaz partnership had 5 years to make electoral and other reforms eg tax reforms,agricultural reforms,educational reforms,police reforms ,corrution bill etc but they did nothing apart from passing the muk-muka bill for caretaker government.These two parties don't believe in serving the people ,they are in politics to make money by illicit means and then launder this money to overseas accounts.
