I guess PPP will be the king maker and there is a very high probability that PMLN and PPP will form next government. The breakdown is more or less the same in my view but give it again, from 272 directly elected seats:

PMLN = 80-85 seats
PTI = 70-75 seats
PPP = 40-45 seats
Independents = 30 seats
JUI, JI , PKMAP, ANP etc = 20 seats
MQM/PSP/GDA/BAP = 25-27 seats
PTI Allies (PMLQ, Sh Rasheed etc) = 2-3 seats

From where? Punjab alone has 141 seats, PTI will be lucky if it can get 40 of those rest will go to PMLN PPPP and Independents. There are 39 seats in KP and 12 in FATA. PTI can get around 20-30 from here rest will go to ANP, PPP, PMLN, Independents and MMA. After this there are 16 seats in Balochistan, 3 in Islamabad, 61 in Sindh, even if PTI manages 40 seats from them its still going to be less than 120 seats in best case scenario.

I know you might be counting total seats, but that is why I gave a range and not exact numbers, well 40-45 does not mean it cannot be 39... :D
