Election commission is toothless and the whole election compaign process is a farce , every road and street are infested with posters ans banners of candidates and parties. A candidate is allowed to spend a limited amount of money in his/her whole compaign but only in one gathering they spend twice as much and the amount of the whole compaign takes about 150 times that amount. If you can not implement laws , do not make them at the first place.
