Dear ijaz, I want to compare that which province have appointed which personality and what's his own education. If you check Sindh ministry it seems the appointment is only and only political, he has nothing to do with education. If you check khuro Profile he was Student leader in Asghar mall college.

This comparison is very important to elaborate non political ppl that what is team of our political parties.

Siraf Batoon say kaam naheen challay gaa ab comparisons karnaa hoon gay phir ham vote dain gay.
