Could he have really done any proliferation without the consent of the Army and ISI, why would he in the first place, this is Pakistan army's history they use people and the leave them to bear the consequences. Musharaf should never talk about sensitive issues like these. DR AQ khan enable Pakistan to be a powerful country, Pakistan's nuclear program must be kept a state secret, its shouldn't be discussed on television, Musharaf should be ashamed of himself for doing this. If he was sharing secrets, the Army should have stopped him but that was never the case
