Mubashir Hassan contests Sharifs claim
DR Mubashir Hassan, the finance minister in Zulfikar Ali Bhuttos cabinet from 1971 to 1974, said on Monday that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharifs family did not send money legally to start their business in Dubai during those years.
Talking to a television channel after the Mr Sharifs speech in parliament, Dr Hassan claimed that the PM is lying; they (the Sharifs) were neither granted permission nor did they seek any. Although they came to meet him once, he refused.
In those days it was impossible to send money legally without the State Banks approval, he said.
If they smuggled money or did money laundering, then it is a different case but they did not get State Banks consent for sending money abroad, said Dr Hassan.
The prime minister had claimed in his speech that in 1972 the then government had nationalised the Ittefaq Foundry without giving (his family) a single penny in return for the machines and land or as compensation.
The PM said that during those days his father, like other industrialists and businessmen, went to Dubai and set up the Gulf Steel Mill. The mill was inaugurated by the then ruler of Dubai.
In April 1980, this mill was sold for 33.37 million dirhams, said the PM.

fiker na ker yaar... aglay bayan main ye 1965 se pehle ki baat ho jaay gi.... or oos se aglay bayan main 1947 se pehle ki tareekh bhi mil jaay gi :)
opposition ne 1985 se ehtesab ki baat ki to 1970s tak baat pohanchi... iss trah se ye 1947 tak bhi pohnchay gi.....

Iska matlab hai kay saraa khandaan he chore hai. Naslun napaak, ganda aur ha-ra-mi nutfaa! Paisay kay leeaye apna eemaan, apni aurtoun samait apni nasal bhe baichnay ko tayyar, muulk tow door ki baat hai.

So basically PPP do politics on dead - and now PMLN is taking notes from his elder brother Zardari and doting the same line of doing politics on dead - too bad Sharif's have only Mian Muhammad Sharif to "play" with *tsk tsk* while PPP has several "cards of dead"
Ironicaly Mian Muhammad Sharif and Hassan & Hussain Nawaz are money launderers and Nawaz was left to live on his mother's income and strangely Mariam lives on her Grand Mother (Daddi's) money through her Father.
This is pretty desperate situation for Capt Safdar who must be living off of his Inlaw's Daddi's money which money launderer named Muhammad Sharif left so basically entire family is BY-PRODUCT of following:
- Laundered Money (Not Halal) multiplied by Illegitimate breeding (Again Not Halal) of Worst Dictator in current history - No wonder Pakistan is in deep mess!
