Here is the more real meaning of CPEC that Bonga Sharif should consider:

From Gwadar (Balochistan) build a very cable bridge over Arabian Sea to the Indian port city of Dwarka in Gujarat state, then to Rajkot, Ahmedabad in Gujarat, then to Jodhpur and Bikaner in Rajasthan, to Bathinda, Jati-Umra in Indian East Punjab, and finally cross border to West Punjab (Pakistan) at Fazilka. From there to Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Muzaffargarh, Multan, Khanewal, Mian Channu, Pir Mahal, Toba Tek Singh, Jhang, Faisalabad, Chiniot, Sargodha, Bhalwal, Kalar Kahar, Chakri, Rawalpindi, Gujar Khan, Jehlum, Kharian, Mandi Bahawudin, Gujarat, Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, Lahore (of course), Jati Umra (definitely), Pattoki, Okara, Sahiwal, Pak Patan, Dipalpur, Hujra Shah Muqeem, Kasur, back to Lahore once more, then to Narowal, Shakargarh, Sialkot and then cross over to Jammu in Indian Occupied Kashmir, to Anantnag, and then via a very long tunnel under the Himalayas to Xinjiang province of China.

This way the Sharif Brothers will very cleverly bypass all provinces of the Federation of Pakistan, except Punjab, and in the meantime do a lot of ‘bhalai’ to his Indian masters by having this route through Indian states of Gujarat, Rajasthan, and East Punjab.
