Keep note there was no power surge, food was available, Just keep those thing in account, If democracy today can not feed poor or provide even basic facility of modern world.

Musharraf is responsible for existing condition of Pakistan, his policies pushed Pakistan on Down Hill without brakes. Even if he came back he cannot do anything does he or existing government have ability to say NO to America.
