I think every Pakistani can vote. When you are casting your vote you are not asked if you are a muslim or Hindu, or Sikh. But only your Identity card is checked to see if its valid and eligible for casting vote in that constituency..

I read it too, and that is wrong. They are Pakistanis, they have rights in Pakistan. Any one contesting should not forget them. Let the government convince them to do as government wants, and yes any one who do not believe that Prophet Muhammad P.B.U.H is the last messenger, declares himself out of Islam. But remember we do not have the task from ALLAH to spread Islam, or kill someone who says any thing wrong. All we are asked is to follow Islam, follow the instruction of Quran and Sunnat of Prophet Muhammad P.B.U.H. We also know that every one will go through the accountability during Qiyamat, and will face punishments or rewards as per his actions in this world. So lets move on with a dua ALLAH sub ko hidayat day

This is not incorrect, you may not have the National ID card, no other reason stops any Pakistani from casting his/her vote.

I am a foreign citizen and I don't live in Pakistan, but I have the right to vote because I am a born Pakistani and have my Pakistani card Valid. And I will come to cast my vote INSHALLAH

میرے بھائی، پاکستان میں اقلیتوں کو حق رائے دہی حاصل ہے۔ تاہم قادیانی حضرات کو اقلیتوں میں خاص درجہ دیا گیا ہے۔ قادیانی خود تو مسلمان ہونے کا دعویٰ کرتے ہیں مگر پاکستان کی جمہوری اکثریت ان کے اس دعوے کو نہیں مانتی اور ان کو قانوناً غیر مسلم اقلیت مانتی ہے۔ ​
