Haramis in Sindh are skimming off 2 to 4000 rps before handing over the cash. Serious federal level investigation need to be done into this and those bastards be charged in anti terrorism courts.

And this is why money is not being given to provincial govt. abhi bhi harami 2-4000 per payment khaa rahe hai, agar in ko dey di to poora 12000 kha jaye gay bhardway
