Eat foods that have healthy fat in them like fish, olive oil, grass fed desi ghee. Avoid starchy carbs. No Rice, bread, oats, pasta etc. Brain prefers the energy that comes from burning fat rather than energy that comes from carbs (glucose).

Do cardio every morning to get the blood flowing to your head. Drink more water. For breakfast you can eat a little fish with desi ghee in tea and coconut oil, this will get your brain going from morning.

Oh and for coffee, get your fresh coffee beans and brew them at home. Coffee from starbucks or coffee shop, or instant coffee is garbage. Bulletproof coffee is good, as well as mushroom coffee. But those will be hard to get so I suggest just take some green tea or black tea in the morning with desi ghee and or coconut oil mixed in it.
