I don't claim to have understood what he is saying but I think he means that IK is unknowingly part of a conspiracy to balkanise Pakistan and all this will fade in a week or so with most of the characters exposed.

What is the definition of Patriotic? Patriotic means supporters of PML(N), PPP, ANP, JUI-F, MQM..... Because now a days Imran Khan is on one side and rest of the parties (All corrupt parties) are on the other side
