This particular area is mostly controlled by PPP ( Drug Mafia and Gambling units) .
They have very good Relation with SSP ( Sipah e Sahaba e Pakistan ) .
SSP controlled Iqbal Market Sector 11 and Half of Orangi which is adjacent to Sector 15 Orangi town .
SSP and PPP are very friendly to each other in this area because of their Common enemy MQM.
My conclusion :::
Attacked executed by SSP with the help of some small Parts of PPP of this particular area.
PPP gave logistic support and executed by SSP.
MQM can also come in question BUT this area is a almost " No Go Area" for MQM .
But we should wait till more Information will come out from the Investigation of different agencies .
