This is so common at some places in uk east kilbride shopping centre is the biggest and the most expensive indoor shopping center in Scotland and i have been observing some roof leakages there for last 5 years which have never been repaired and same desi totkas are being used there as well;) .

I go to London Bridge underground station everyday and did not see anything like this. Probably it's on the national rail side of the station...
