Reforms are needed for military chief so bad fish like Bajwa could not become military chief , he should be sho of some police station.
Promotions until colonel or bragodor rank are fine but Haider mehndi is right that military chief should have no right In selecting General or bragidor or to send them home . At military chief and general level it needs reforms.
Multiple plots and agriculture land which is given to generals should also be banned .

Before demolishing these useless institutions find out who headed these institutions for the last 40 years. If they alive hang them publicly. If they are dead get hold of all their children and confiscate ALL their assets both movable and unmovable. As a precaution keep an eye on all patwaris , girdawars, naib tehsildars and tehsildars. These swine have caused the maximum damage as they have helped hiding all the 'corrupt' money.
