OK what will you name the action when you kill innocent unarmed civilians.
I guess rafidism.
It depends on the objective and who is sanctioning the killing. If you are backed by a state in an official capacity and your objective is NOT the killing of innocent civilians but yet such an event happens - it is call Collateral damage. If it is intentional and you are NOT backed by any state in an official capacity - then its called terrorism. The difference is a fine line. But you have to look at it analytically, not emotionally to see the fine difference.

I don't believe this guy. Reasons.
1) If he knew that such places exist, then being muslim why he kept silent on such unethical weapons?
2) He said he was ordered to use those weapons but he replaced them with bleech, so he is basically implying that, he is a good muslim and would never use those weapons, but at the same time he could remain silent on other generals using the weapons.
3) He said he burried those weapons, so he must know the location of where he burried it and he could extract it out with some help to show as proof that he really buried those weapons.
4) He says he can't disclose the locations on Media because then they will move it from there. This is the most lame excuse because whenever there arise a traitor among the ranks then all he knows about the state is always eliminated, so there is no chance for the state to still keep the weapons in the same places(if they really exist).
