If you just calculate all coal powered power plants output at 8 cents a Kwh you see that we have to pay 700 million USD per 1000MW !!! every year for 5000 MW we have to payout 3.5 billion every year to the Chinese investors !!!Problem is with expensive electricity we will not be able to produce competitive goods in the industry and the revenue drain is going to bankrupt us gradually ....
