Pakistan is being trapped by IMF and other lending institutions by granting more and more loans. They have intentionally increased country's credit rating so it can get even more loans. The plan is very obvious; put country into so much debt that it cannot pay it back. The country will then be asked for concessions to forgive or reschedule the loans; nuclear program being on top of the list. Once nuclear umbrella gone, Pakistan will become vulnerable in a conventional war. It can then be easily defeated at eastern and western borders, resulting in balkanization of the country which has been a long time dream of India, Afghanistan, Israel, America and Britain.
