I think diplomacy should work regardless of cricket and it should be meaningful otherwise it strengthens hardliners on both sides. Sooner politicians on both sides realise that they have to live side by side is better for both of them.

Cricket diplomacy which is a big sham has worked, as India have won a match they were losing halfway. This was the reason Manmohan invited Gilani, to do a bit of friendly fixing and these hara/mzadas peoples party can sell their mothers or murder their wives to pursue their interests, pride is'nt a big deal for them. The thing promised mite be india-Pakistan cricket revival in Pakistan, which mite be an eyewash as Indians know how to achieve there aim and then break their promises.

there is no such diplomacy .just time pass. if someone want to resolve issues it could be done without cricket. fact is that India has gone so far in progress that now only Pakistan can shout for such diplomacy
