Agreed that Govt is to blame. They should have know mian sahib's track record of lying and backing out of agreements and should never have trusted him.

But you are wrong about getting Maryum's bail cancelled in Al Azizia reference. The application had been pending in IHC for ages, but finally it was set for hearing last week. 2 hearings have already taken place in last one week, and they will speed up after Eid. The delay was partly also getting nawaz being declared an absconder after following the correct procedures, so that his case can be separated from Maryum's and Safdars.

But I'm not surprised most are not aware - mainstream media coverage on this leaves a lot to be desired - Dawn for example, will cover what Maryum said outside the court, but no report of what actually went on inside the court.
