i am really confuse how to start this thread but i have to do this. my intention in this thread only a guideline for future hurdles of CPEC..

in my Opinion China is not able to get Real benefits from CPEC yet. because of bad infrastructure and bad circumstance of Baluchistan. that is why Pakistan is developing infrastructure (Western, Central and Eastern Route of CPEC and it`s Connectivity with other Economical Cities of Pakistan) and lunching Aaheni Zarb-e-Azab in Baluchistan and FATA under the command of General Qamar Javed Bajwa. and as we know the main purpose of CPEC is to transport Oil to China, so the China will not depend on South China Sea strait of Malacca,

this Oil Transport from Gawadar to kashgar can only be done by cheap transports like Railway Network and by Pipelines transport with pumping stations. otherwise Oil transport from Road network will be more expensive not only for china but also for Central Asian countries.Road Network don't provide the suitable path for trading to China in whole year because of expansive trade and heavy snowfall in upper areas of Pakistan from Chitral to Gilgit and Gilgit to kashgar.

Road Network is only suitable for Pakistan`s provinces but not for Oil trading to China. Right now China is only getting Real benefits from Giltgit baldistan`s fruits..

Secretary Gilgit Baltistan Ehsan Ullah says, the CPEC roads are closed from Nov-April due to snowfall (this is a big hurdle in future)

China is our sincere friend and china knows Oil Trading from Pakistan, Gawadar is not as easy as cup of tea.. china and Pakistan both have to achieve alot of things to get this purpose --> "Oil Trading in cheaper way"... China knows until Pakistan don't have proper network and connectivity and Economical Growth till then this purpose cant be achieved.. and Alhumduallah Pakistan is achieving this target day by day bit by bit. and inshallah we will get proper Road Network by 2020 inside Pakistan except Central Route of CPEC because it is Long Term CPEC Alignment.

Road Network Route of pakistan

but we are getting hurdle to get proper infrastructure network because of Baluchistan Liberation Army funded by India. (proxy war) that is why Aaheni Zarb-e-Azab is required. this is the main hurdle

And for Economical growth we need some Energy projects alongside CPEC so industries will take place and Economical zones are already announced in all the provinces of Pakistan.

Energy Projects alongside CPEC (i still don't have reliable info regarding economical zones that are currently being developed. if you have any reliable source please let me know)

i am not sure why orange line metro is included in energy projects? instead of orange line the electricity network should have been provided to Baluchistan by Punjab and federal Govt as a gift of Baluchistan from Punjab govt. (perhaps due to militancy in Baluchistan)

Baluchistan have only 27 Km 500 kv Transmission line

by 2020 we will have proper Road Network but after 2020 we will be considering on Railway Network but for this Pakistan need full control over Baluchistan. so Pak Army only have 2 years

now this can be a cheaper path to transport oil and gas from Gawadar to kashgar but unfortunately this proposal also cant fulfill the requirement of cheaper transportation of Oil to China until you don't have pipelines with pumping station and Oil Reservoir. So this Railway will be beneficial for both Pakistan and china for other types of trading but not for Oil..

but what about China?? China dream of OBOR (one belt one road) can only be achieved by cheap transportation of Oil from Gawadar. Because Oil Transportation is backbone of OBOR, that is why i emphasized on cheap Oil transportation in my whole thread.

so iran is a preferable country for Oil Trading. and Iran is offering Pakistan to link Chabahar port with Gawadar but iran demanding that Chabahar port should have a status of sister port of Gawadar.

Summary of this thread
China is not getting Real benefits of CPEC yet. because Road Network is beneficial for Pakistan Provinces only, Railway Network is beneficial for both china and pak but not for Oil Transport, pipelines with pumping station is a key to the success of OBOR.

Suggested Railway Network Route (must read this news -- > http://www.dawn.com/news/1227664

Note: you have right either agree or not agree with my opinions

China Concerns over New Railway track under CPEC are not feasible in Pakistan

we have to accept that Pakistan Railway is not able to deliver that is why Pakistan Railway will have to marge with Chinese Railway. there is no other option.

Oil can not be transported by truck tankers or rail.
For example a tanker ship normally is loaded with 120000 tons of oil.
Big long oil tankers carry only 10 tons of oil. So to transport just one ship, you will need 12000 tanker vehicles going to China and returning empty.
And China buys about 3 such ships a day. Now if China buy only one tanker a day through Gwader, you will need 12000 tankers moving every day or 1500 trains every day which is impossible and stupid.
China will build pipelines for this purpose. CPEC won't be commercially active in the next 5-10 years. And in this periode China will do everything possible to lift Pakistan's economy. Build roads, rail, transmission lines, electricity production, metroes, circular railways and HPPs so that we don't fall back as compared to India. China will invest in our industry and a lot of Chinese firms will establish themselves in Pakistan too.

China is in no hurry, as there main purpose was (1) to have a passage in a situation where it can assure itself against a possible conflict in the South China sea. (2) They wanted to reach Arabian sea by their navy and have presence at Gwader.

Pakistan is currently enjoying China moms cakes but when they will have to pay 6-7 billion USD back to Chinese banks and CPEC still won't be generating income only then we will know that we are in a problem.

In the longer run CPEC do wonders in Pakistan and get a big growth.

For all positives to happen, Pakistan would need to eradicate corruption first.
