The Pak media is used to unlawful benefits which has largely ceased since the new government came to power. This is no secret to any person. Most journos received a handsome reward for being a loyal spokesperson of preceding political parties in Pakistan. It makes sense for these sell-out journos to lambast Imran Khan even for something as uncontrollable as coronavirus. Comparing world media coverage versus Pakistani local media coverage makes one throw up in an instance. The lack of maturity and bias is mindnumbing. Every coverage, analysis and question reeks with duplicity. It will take light years for Pak media to understand the ground realities of standing shoulder to shoulder with the state. Unfortunately, in Pakistan, we have no shortage of sell-outs. The media is a prime example.
