Court verdict on Benazir murder case is another foolish decision by political courts like panamagate

When Benazir was killed her case was used by Zardari on two fronts , within the country the case was retarded and used for sympathy and outside so as UN inquiry has something time to go on and UN inquiry was used for two years by zardari to blackmail Kiani as report was critical of ISI and kiani was chief in crucial times .

Current court verdict is just an attempt to restart the blame game on army and Musharaf and to supress police, the sentencing of 17 years of senior police officials is stupid .

Benazir apparently was killed by a special weapon which is not in custody of most governments , we say this as it seemed not a bullet wound as per initial UN report.

There was some thing which hit her skull , but there was no outlet wound , there was a blast as well . Cause of death is not clear , type of weapon is the clue and courts as usual have done nothing.

You are absolutely right my friend. This Judiciary and almost every Judge possess the spirit of GHQ and able forces to deliver the decision of their liking. It is a mockery of justice what has been seen in Pakistan . It sure is the power struggle between different institutions and the war to expand their jurisdiction above and beyond what Constitution allows them . Look at the state of the nation and see what the actions of the Institutions are. This is not nation building and delivering justice but sowing the seed of discontent and anarchy in the society. There is no one leader who can unite them but you can find thousands midgets who can divide them .

These midget Judges are free to pass their comments along with their drama baz decisions choking every arty of the nation's heart. This decision itself proves how invalid and obsolete wisdom of the old 80's baked philosophy has been enshrined in the halls of our prestigious justice operating institutions. Someone can knock their marbles out of the space , God sake, and wake them up to do their job correctly without biased.

Some not all. But it also depends on who has more power and money and whether army is interested in anything issues that need managed. How many decisions do you think were based on exactly merit and evidence in Pakistan which were of national importance. Just take that 58 2 b case in which NS was restored in few weeks but Benazir had same case pending for over a year. same for Bhutto and even election rigging case. Pakistan simply does not have a mindset/history for justice.

Think of the Judges digging in the dictionary to find the meaning of a well defined term in under public law. Would you leave your fate and the fate of 200 Millions on Judges who are looking for a lacuna to either set you free or convict you ? I won't .

In all fairness, The departure of Musharraf was solely depended on the loosely written decision of the Judges which throw the ball back to the Government to decide since they had their balls shattered by perpetual strokes of Raheel Sharif from behind . Musharraf was after all going through the highest treason charges of the country and if the Judiciary wanted to cut the slack, no matter what Government's will was, they could have simply denied him the exit under existing laws. But their stance of providing justice to the powerful was hollow and shallow. The ugly and untold story of the saint Judiciary of Pakistan .

lOL ... I never met a boot polishia who never liked the arrival of dictator. Is it only now that I am writing against this shamble Judiciary ? You seem to be a newty who come here finding the green grass to churn on . From the day one when they allowed a power usurper like Musharraf to amend the Constitution the way he wanted, is the day when a free and fair Judiciary was under tons of mud in Paksitan.

From the arguments of past to the known unfair decision, your argument has been that since the old wrongs were accepted as right then the present wrongs must not be called wrongs. Seems like a philosophy generated right inside the Bani Gala and its crowd.. I am refraining calling you with the class of those you are well verse .
