Construction of Mohmand dam begins, 6000 workers to be recruited

مہمند ڈیم کا تعمیراتی کام شروع؛ 6 ہزار ملازمین بھرتی کرنے کا فیصلہ

پشاور: مہمند ڈیم کا تعمیراتی کام شروع ہوگیا جو کہ 6 سال میں مکمل ہوگا جب کہ ڈیم کے لیے 6 ہزار ملازمین بھرتی کرنے کا بھی فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے۔

واپڈا کے مطابق مہمند ڈیم کا تعمیراتی کام شروع ہوگیا ہے جو 6 سال کے عرصے میں مکمل ہوجائے گا، ڈیم کے تعمیراتی کام شروع ہونے پر چینی کمپنی کے نمائندے بھی پہنچ گئے ہیں۔

مہمند ڈیم سے 800 میگاواٹ بجلی پیدا ہوگی اور 16 ہزار 737 ایکڑ زمین سیراب ہوگی، سالانہ 51 ارب 60 کروڑ آمدن ہوگی ساتھ ہی ڈیم کی تعمیر سے چارسدہ، پشاور اور نوشہرہ سیلاب سے محفوظ ہوجائیں گے۔

چیئرمین واپڈا مزمل حسین کا کہنا ہے کہ ڈیم کی تعمیر کے لیے 6 ہزار ملازمین بھرتی کیے جائیں گے جب کہ 4 ارب روپے مقامی آبادی پر خرچ کیے جائیں گے، مہمند ڈیم کی تعمیر سے سنگلاخ پہاڑ سرسبز ہوجائیں گے، بدقسمتی سے پانی محفوظ نہیں کرسکے 90 فیصد پانی ضائع ہورہا ہے۔

There were study done..100 small Dams can be build within 5 years across the country via Chinese Investments and companies..Do anyone work of it??
After finishing Traitors..Corrupt Parties..leaders from Pakistan.. within next two years, start Kala Bagh Dam.. change it's name..like Sindh Dam..Noshera Dam etc...Start talks with India on illegal Dams building..agressivily.. decisively..

Unfortunately Bao G already utilized the Chinese investment under CPEC on Orange Line, Motorways, Coal Power projects etc....

It will be great if Bhasha dam is also built.All the studies are complete,the only problem is lack of funds.Let us hope work on this dam is started soon.

Cnstruction starts....very good. Do keep in mind the PM dam fund had NOTHING TO DO with the start of this dams construction. The amounts collected is not equal to even 1% of the required amount ! The dam fund money was instead spent on ramzaan package which was a scam too (raise prices 1 month before ramazan and increase few days before)
