Complaint Against Senior PTCL Management for Poor Customer Service

Dear Sir,
This is to bring into your kind knowledge that being a user of ptcl since 2 decades, the customer service of ptcl has been decreasing consistently. As a user of IPTV service of ptcl, we have been facing severe issue with the quality of service and facing frequent interruption in web tv service of ptcl. Its is pertinent to mention here that the ptcl staff has visited my house but they have failed to resolve the issue and the authorities are reluctant to resolve it. It is therefore requested that the concerned in-charge of PTCL exchange designated as Assistant Business Manager Hammad Khan needs to be summoned and directed to resolve the issue on emergency and permanent basis. Your highness will be provided with complete documentary requirements as ordered to produce.

Following the Complaint against PTCL's poor iptv service, it is pertinent to mention that the authorities are reluctant to resolve the issue and have not taken any concrete step to resolve the issue of poor iptv service. This type of behavior will be dealt strictly and expect the customer to loose patience and curse ptcl at every forum whether civil society, corporate level, professional forums etc.
