Staff Report
LAHORE: A team of Young Doctors Association YDA met Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif here on Sunday and after agreeing to his assurances, ended hunger strike.
The Chief Minister, during his meeting with the YDA team, served them juices after which they announced formally ending hunger strike.
Talking to media after the meeting, YDA members said they wanted free treatment for patients, and repair of out-of-order machines, and that the CM had assured them to meet these demands at the earliest.
Now My Question to all PML_N supporters who were abusing these Doctors calling that PPP is behind these drs and were calling for strict action against these Drs..WHere are they now???
Why did CM Punjab wake up after 14 daysof hunger strike and after doing a full police action on these drs on which Maryam Nawaz said that they deserve more...
Aaj tau baray juice pilaye hain CM nay...CM punjab has always done this ,,use force to settle the genuine issue and when drs dont kneel infrnt of him,,he then negotiate to solve the problem...Free meds mil jain patients ko 25 ko,,tau all should salute these brave drs who sat for 2 weeks without food for these meds...[/TD]
