CJP takes notice of minister’s brawl with PIA officials at Islamabad airport

چیف جسٹس پاکستان جسٹس ثاقب نثار نے اسلام آباد ایئرپورٹ پر گلگت بلتستان کے وزیر فدا محمد کی جانب سے حکام کو دھکے دینے کا نوٹس لے لیا ہے۔

ایکسپریس نیوزکے مطابق چیف جسٹس پاکستان جسٹس ثاقب نثار نے گزشتہ روز اسلام آباد ایئر پورٹ پر گلگت بلتستان کے وزیر سیاحت فدا محمد فدا کی جانب سے حکام کے ساتھ بدتمیزی اور انہیں دھکے دینے کے واقعے کا نوٹس لے لیا ہے۔ چیف جسٹس نے گلگت بلتستان کے وزیر فدا محمد خان اور پی آئی اے حکام کو کل لاہور رجسٹری پیش ہونے کا حکم دے دیا ہے۔

دوسری جانب گلگت بلتستان حکومت کے ترجمان نے اپنے بیان میں کہا ہے کہ پہلے گلگت بلتستان کے وزراء کے ساتھ بدتمیزی کی گئی، وزیرسیاحت فدا خان کو عملے نے جھوٹ بول کر جذباتی کیا، معاملہ رفع دفع ہوگیا ہے اور اگر وزرا کے رویئے سے کسی کی دل آزاری ہوئی تو معذرت کرتے ہیں۔

واضح رہے کہ اسلام آباد ائیر پورٹ پر موسم کی خرابی کے باعث فلائٹ تاخیر کا شکار ہوئی تو صوبائی وزیر فدا حسین آگ بگولہ ہوگئے اور شفٹ انچارچ سے بدتمیزی کی اور دھکے دیئے تھے۔ صوبائی وزیر کی جانب سے کی جانے والی بدتمیزی کی ویڈیو ایئر پورٹ پر موجود کسی نامعلوم شخص نے اپنے موبائل فون کیمرے میں عکس بند کرلی تھی، ویڈیو سوشل میڈیا پر وائرل کردی گئی اور الیکٹرونک میڈیا کے ذریعے یہ خبر پورے ملک میں پھیل گئی۔

CJ should take...but you can't. criticize this So Moto...which is rightly taken..I am also expecting many So Moto..but CJ have his own priority..He has the sole authority to take So Moto..

In ideal world, it should be the responsibility of the Government...

However, since CJ is so quick to take suo moto on such small things - therefore people think that he is doing things more for showbazi than for the real reforms.

So you mean CJP shouldn't take notices as he is doing showbazi but incapacitated government is good for doing nothing? Being Pakistani I am with you but one suggestion why Fed government not passing law that CJP can't take notice?

Its not about the suo motto but the outcome of these suo motos. He has let everyone off the hook. Why was Saad Rafique not penalized, Jang published misleading news 2nd time on main page and they were let go. If Usman Buzdaar did an illegal transfer he should have been penalized, if not the court should have made clear. I dont understand these suo-mottos day in and day out. Why is he not taking suo-mottto on cases stuck for more than 50 years. Why did he not call the judges in his court-room which did not give verdict on case more than 70 years.

The end result of all his suo-motto is some taunts. "Dhaikta hain app kaun hain", and then people to walk away. At least punish the repeat offenders but he doesnt.

Agreed..These Suo Moto don't have any mechanism..As this is sole single authority of CJ..No body knows what the creteria... Priority.. CJ has set.. Legally..no law ask him...What I think..Sou Moto is a tool..to show the power of Judiciary on the corrupt and common peoples in the society..We can differ with CJ on Sou Moto..but we can't force him..All Suo Motos were mix bag..some good.. some bad up till now...
Ex CJ..Ch.Iftkhar made Suo Motos a joke..
