Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has said that business tycoon Malik Riaz enjoys good relations with almost all political leaders, including Nawaz Sharif, SAMAA reports.

Not with Rehman Malik alone, but Malik Riaz has relations with almost all political parties and their leaders, Gilani said while replying to a question while speaking to media representatives at the Prime Minister House here Sunday.

Gilani questioned that why PML-N chief did not become a party in Arsalan Iftikhars alleged graft case.

They (the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz) became a party in memogate, NRO, rental power plants and contempt case, but why not this time? May be Nawaz Sharif is enjoying good relations with Malik Riaz, Gilani said.

He said the government respects judiciary, facing all cases filed against the ruling clique.

Gilani urged the Chief Justice to hear himself all cases against his sons. I will be happy if Mr. Chief Justice hears the cases of my sons. They have been implicated in false cases. --- SAMAA

First read his book to actually know what he has written!

Anyways he wasn't bankrupt because of lack of money but because his assets were frozen and all his property except his house was confiscated. His relatives were barred from meeting him in jail. He is an upright man, he didn't even ask his relatives to lend him money to pay the school fees of his kids. He earns good revenue from his agricultural lands. Apart from the small share of agricultural land in Multan he has inherited lands in Rahim Yar Khan from his mother who was the sister of the Prime Minister of Bahawalpur state. Let me tell you that if he stands out in the streets of Multan and asks people to give him money he will become a millionaire overnight even if he starts from scratch!

PM Gilani has been a federal minister and speaker in the past. No charges of financial corruption in the past. He spent 5 years in jail during Mush regime for allocating jobs to poor people which he admits doint it in future too!
