I have the same issue in Sabzazar Scheme lahore. LDA is not issuing NOC against my plots there are over 600 plots in the scheme and LDA dliberately doesn't clear those plots this has been going on for years now, i persomally know many people who sold their plots at half prices because only 2-3 people buy such plots and somehow LDA issues them NOC but not us.

And we sold 5 marla property only 38 lakh in centre of Multan, where now single shop has 30~40 lakh.
