Now all they need to do is establish some schools and start teaching kids in the day time. They already have clinics and washrooms and communal showers. So it would become a temporary village of sorts.

that's too harsh a word...one would think people who rule where there is no justice done are the ones actually committing the fasaad...you could call it a mild form of anarchy however...Furthermore, there are many youngsters, kids and women present and the tents will help them...this is called insanyaat not supporting fasaad...
