Blasphemy is a very serious accusation, our Deen Islam and Constitution Gives every right to the accused to defend themselves and prove their innocence. Anyone who committed blasphemy should be punished according to law, but state should not get blackmailed to get judgements in ones favour!

Blasphemy punishment used to be upto 10 years in prison and a fine. During Zia govt it was increased to 3 years mandatory, then life in prison and few years later to death penalty. Its barbaric to call for someone to be killed just for using their tongue. Punishments should be equal and balanced. Just because you are a Muslim country does not give you a right to use disproportionate force on minorities.

How many of these degenerate mullahs been tried for false accusations? We do have a law that that provides punishment for false accusations. The punishment is the same as that prescribed for the the alleged crime. The mullah who came to the forefront in the case of Aasia bibi should get a death sentence. We will soon get rid of the fitna-spreading debauched mullahs very soon. Those mullahs who molest their students in madrassahs should also get the death sentence.

the biggest joke is that 90% of cases regarding Blasphemy law is used to be against Muslims, however, we all know that a Muslim no matter how sinful and nonpracticing a Muslim can be but the love for our prophet PBUH is the crucial part of his life.most of these cases has political, family and other rivalry motives but people use this law to set score with their rivals. there must be severe punishment for whoever wrongly accused someone of Blasphemy.

No one in Pakistan is crazy to do blasphemy against Muhammad. Christians are only 1% of the population and the fact that since 911 most of cases are against Christians shows that these alligations are motivated by other reasons.

According to the court decision they failed to prove their accusations and no proof has been provided to the court... what should court do then????

This blasphemy law should be amended or discarded, As many innocent people were killed by Mob in the past. Why no other muslim countries has this blasphemy law.
