PTI empowered all Govt institutes where officers were & are answerable/accountable.
NAB is investigated Malam Jabba, Kaghan Naran, Nathyagali Project, Billion tree Tsunami, Sports grounds, BRT but could not find a single minister or MPA involved or and no one summoned by NAB so far.

کچھ لوگ صرف بے غیرت ہوتے ہیں اور کچھ تسلی بخش بے غیرت
مبشر زیدی تسلی بخش بے غیرتوں کا آئی جی ہے اور روز سوشل میڈیا پر کالے زرداری کی طرح ذلیل ہوتے ہے

How the court has declared the contract as shady?
Was the tender called ? The process adapted ? If not then it is a shady contract and PK and all others should be taken to task.
However I fins the working of PHC influenced by political motivated all major decisions against PTI.One case is that of caretaker Cm who is openly supporting molvi diesel.
