Chinese Company Claims they Can Now Clone Humans

As far as being able to clone humans is concerned, I dont see that as a new claim....as plenty of animals have been cloned in the past, and cloning humans shouldnt be any different.
Its a different story if they are claiming that they have actually cloned some human.
