Armies are trained to kill whereas Police forces are trained to protect. How can an Army instructor train police?
CCPO is on right track to make few example for others but I'm afraid PMIK will remove him soon as this CCPO doesn't believe in helping criminals on humanitarian basis.

secondly, Yes you are right that Army is trained to kill but they can still have a few months training together plus every police should have one retired army officer to check the performance and discipline of that police station
the biggest problem of this country is both moral and financial corruption there is no way we can progress without reducing corruption

I dont care, if he gets rid of the mafia, his repentance is accepted. In the Punjab Police, there are bad people and very bad people.

Army people are also from Pakistan. How come one Pakistani worked for Army is clean whereas another working in Police is corrupt?

Gen Rtd Pervez Musharraf- Living an absconder's life in UAE and own properties all over the world.
Gen Rtd Kiyani - Living in Australia and accumulated a wealth which he can't explain. Also his brothers are also living absconder's life.
Gen Rtd Raheel Shareef - Doing a Job in KSA.
Keep in mind KPK police was fixed by a Police officer who was sincere and given a free hand. This thing happens in the first six months of PTI's KPK government and then PTI become a Political party like PMLN/PPP.
Can PMIK FIX Punjab Police doing the same did in KPK? My answer is a big no as PMIK believes in everything but action especially against corruption.
