In my view this is not a change of heart rather it is announcement of a hidden policy in existence since 1997. Even in Iraq Iran war according to Princess Nur the wife of the late king Hussain of Jordan USA helped Iran in intelligence operations. In later Iraq war it handed over Saddam to Muqrada all Sadr a pro Iranian group. So has Iranian Islamic revolution come to an end as far as foreign policy is concerned , i.e officially now !. What else one can make of this link ? if true .
