This is going to create more unrest, let them go and wait for their people and lead them to the airport. Whatever number of people come, only stop them at the airport to enter the sensitive areas. No issues will be created I am sure. But if stupid actions like these are taken, more issues will happen that might spin out of your control. Issay kehtay hain Aa bail mujhay maar...

No need, let them come to airport with proper security checks and manage below points:

1) Mian sanp and yumyum should be able to land in Lahore without hanky panky.
2) Ganjas airplane should be parked at point too far away from main terminal
3) Get him out of plane with the help of rangers, Maryam should be handled by female constables.
4) Get him air lifted via Helicopter.
5) Put them inside bar outside of Punjab.
