Family and education[edit]
Captain Safdar is the son of Muhammad Ishaq.[SUP][3][/SUP] He is a member of national assembly of Pakistan. He married Prime MinisterNawaz Sharif's daughter Maryam Nawaz in 1992. They have 3 children, a son called Junaid Safdar and two daughters called Mehrunnisa Safdar and Mahnoor Safdar. Safdar did his matric from Mansehra, and then joined Post Graduate College Abbottabad for his intermediate. He studied Islam, economics and Physics. He did graduations in Statistics and Economics.[SUP][2]
Above is copy from Capt. Safdar's Wikipedia page. Has anyone seen a combination of Islam, Economics and Physics in intermediate, back in early eighties. It looks dubious to me.
Also look at a cliping from Maryam Nawaz's page :
Zubair Niazi, a local leader of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf took the matter to Lahore high court On 23 October 2014 where Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah
ordered the administration to force her to resign. During the hearing, deputy attorney general Amir Rehman presented her academic credentials but
withdrew them after failing to answer a query whether the Ph.D. degree was actual or honorary.
He claimed that the details presented before the court
had been collected from the internet. Justice Shah also expressed astonishment over the combination of her claimed degrees an M.A. in English
Literature) followed by a doctorate in Political Science.[SUP][9][/SUP][SUP][23][/SUP][SUP][24][/SUP][SUP][25][/SUP][SUP][25][/SUP]
What a family this is. Pakistan's worst nightmare. We definitely deserve better than this.
(yeah I did not have anything better to do than surfing these losers wiki pages)[/SUP]
