Non- declaration and its punishment
Just a fine to the Canadian PM
This must be accepted as a precedent
In our country Rehmta Law says:
A non-declaration which the maximum could be an omission but not a deliberate non-declaration by Nawaz Sharif must be punished with deposition from the post of premiership and a life-time ban on his eligibility to be a public representative or head of a political party and that too without a trial and by a court which is an appeal court but not a trial court.
What the hell these people are doing under the garbs of delivering justice
You may name it - Rehemta a judicial god father or judicial mafia.
They call names to others by calling them god father or Sicilian mafia just by levelling allegations whereas their judicial obligations demand they must deliver justice based on principles of justice and don't behave childish just by levelling allegations and becoming a party rather a judge.
This is an acute disrespect and contempt by these judges of their profession, their duty, the court they sit in and the entire nation.
When justice crosses its limits and can possibly be interpreted as cruelty, it can be termed as a revenge or settling of undeclared scores.
Should it be Bajwa or Rehemta, lessons must be learnt as the nation or the county must not be made a laughing stock.
