In short no. But they haven't done that

They have suspended punishment of Accountability court until the full appeal is heard by HIGH COURT
The suspension is going to be challanged in SC
The full appeal will be heard by HIGH COURT
And the result of that will eventually end up in Supreme court

This is seperate to the 2 other references, which will probably follow a similar path.

Nawaz is far from free from all this
