First of all let me make it clear that I have utmost respect for religious scholars and genuine religious figures and this post does not in any way mean to belittle them. However there are some questions that irk my mind and I would like to get logical answers/ explanations / clarifications for them.
My request is, no body should use foul language or hit below the belt while posting their views and only someone with pertinent religious knowledge should answer these questions.
Q1. Why did Muslim Ulema give fatwa against the printing press initially barring muslims from using it for 300 years but allowed the same after 300 years?
Q2. Why did the Ulema give fatwa against the telephone initially but later allowed it and started using it themselves?
Q3. Why did the Ulema give fatwa against radio initially but later allowed it and started using it themselves?
Q4. Why did the Ulema give fatwa against loudspeaker but now using it themselves more than any body else?
Q5 Keeping in view the past record, what is the guarantee that at some stage our religious scholars will not accept the scientific lunar calendar as reference for begining of the lunar month?

Initially, there was fatwa against the use of watch also. I heard there was fatwa against tea as well but not sure about it.

Because molvies are corrupt and incompetence like politicians, judges, media, bearacrates all making money on the name of democracy, on the name of Islam, freedom of press weak institutions no check and balances all maximise on public because lack of education poverty accountability. THey all don’t want Schools technology sciences reforms or accountability

Can't you figure out the pattern yourself? As long as Mullahs are left out of the bounty, it's haram. As soon as they can see fruits of it for themselves, it becomes Halal!

For Example, Banking is haram. But when you appoint a few mullahs in the Board of the Bank, it becomes Islamic banking and Halal! ? ?

May be you shd go and join a madrassa get religious education, after that either u wd convince mullas or u wd hv become one of them.

Mullahs are living ina parallel world which is disconnected from the real one. By default every new thing is haram for them but the world does not stop for them. The only ones who lose are Muslims in the end.

As I said I had requested religious scholars and people with religious and historical knowledge to clarify and respond. I didn't mean to post the thread for foul mouths like you. You can make shit from any where you like but please don't spoil the thread.
