Can Nawaz Sharif legally invite people for Nikah ceremony of Junaid Safdar as mentioned on Invitation. Because as per my understanding you need a different visa if you want to participate in a marriage ceremony. Can someone confirm please?

actually if u r going to UK to attend a marriage, you have to declare it, its no longer a simple visit visa.... i was visiting my uncle in uk and i went through the process, had to declare not going for wedding or being part of any wedding as a guest etc... even questioned by immigration down there...

He can invite anyone for a marriage ceremony. Visa of guests is not host's concern while his own visa is valid. A criminal doesn't lose right to invite for a social gathering held in accordance with bye-rules.

Keep on dreaming. Technically if you have past convictions or a criminal record your visa is automatically rejected. But for this haram khor they are bending all immigration rules and was allowed into the UK while serving his sentence totally unheard of. So when that can happen this is peanuts. And visa is only valid if the passport is valid or renewed that also hasn't happened

And here is another fun fact for you he has a multiple entry UK visa valid until 2028. Only condition you cannot stay for more than 6 months at a time and have to be out of the UK for 6 to be able to comeback in again.

This is what ganju is fighting for now, to get our of the out of the country for 6 months clause. And most probably they will get it because UK can't afford to have billions leave its economy, specially at a time like this.
