Can 6 Judges can any legal impact of PM who accepted Justice Qazi petition?

I mean those judges right anything like contempt of court for PM does it have any kind of legal issue or any kind of legal proceedings in the detail judgement?


Even Siddqui Jan said that PMLN is lobbying and trying that Judges write something like contempt of court against PM ,however, i want to know will it have kind of legal proceedings for that and will PM in danger than in the detail review judgement.

Even if they write than who will proceed it? Will those 6 judges it self will listen to case against PM?

One thing is obvious that the things have become muddy, fishy and scandalous..... it can go either way. CJP in this scenario has the upper hand thru his SJC and in his books Kazi Isa is a crook.

This is not 1990s my friend. Supreme court goons are walking on very thin ice. Had it not been, the detailed judgement on scandalous Essa case would be public by now.

Its not that easy for these so called Haramkhoor judges to hide behind anything..
First of all its not Kanna Dajjal Don Iftikhar time when public was against Musharaf and all parties were supporting him..

Secondly, its a common perception that Qazi Easy Paisa is corrupt and he has exposed himself in his case..

If CJP has any little shame left then he should try to save his institution.. otherwise Qazi easy paisa will make sure that everyone start abusing SCP publicly

Until PTI has 2/3 majority in both houses of Parliament and made changes in laws related to conduct of Judges and judicial forums these current filthy lot of Judges will keep abusing the system. There should be a law that if any reference filed against a Judge, CJP must send it SJC without delay, without any self evaluation and when SJC takes in on the basis on its merit that Judge in question shall be bared from his duties and send on gardening vacation with restriction on him/her from speaking to anyone about the reference.

I know they will think 10 times before writing anything against the government ,however, point is that can be any legal proceeding on it and who will listen to cases if against PM if it does have an impact.

No they cannot do that. The reason is that the government approached the court with their reservations. Had they done this outside courts then there was a straight forward contempt case.
