We have seen the BS from both the ECP and now from PMLN on yesterday's revelations in the review report by the ECP.
Both ECP and the Government realised after the media reaction that this report is going to open a Pandora's box for both and would seal the fate of 2013 elections. Thus, they decided to deny that it is a review report by the ECP.
First of all, the report bears the name of ECP on its cover, therefore, officially it is their report.
The main review committee was headed be Syed Sher Afgan Additional Secretary of ECP and had other post holders of the ECP as members.
