Budget Android Phone

i have been using symbian powered phones since long......at moment, i have E71......now after watching angry imran, i have decided to shift to android.....but i am unable to find a budget phone....round about 10 thousand.....if i am able to get a smartphone? i found htc explorer on different sites...what do you think? plz help me to chose phone .......sufaid poosh b ho aur kaam b kray

Check samsung galaxy Y or Samsung Geo.

They're close to that price range
