Scout Willis steps out for first time after 'arrested for underage drinking and using fake ID'

Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's daughter Scout has been spotted for the first time since her alleged arrest in New York last night.
The 20-year old, who is under the legal drinking age in the U.S., was allegedly caught sipping 8 oz. Pakistani beer in Union Square at around 7pm on Monday.
Today the Brown University student was seen near her East Village apartment with a male companion.
She kept a low-profile with shades and was carrying a bottle of iced tea while clutching on to her pal.
After further questioning by an officer, she confessed that her real name was Scout Willis, reportedly saying: 'The first ID isn't mine. My friend gave it to me.'
Scout was booked for two misdemeanors, including criminal impersonation.
Her lawyer has since told People.com that Scout's arrest was 'ridiculous' and that she rejected the state's offer to plead guilty - because it would result in a permanent criminal record.
'It would be outrageous to mar a person that's clearly going places – clearly seeking to have a career… with a criminal record. The goal is clearly a non-criminal offer.'
Scout is studying at Brown University and is also an aspiring singer.
It's not the first time she has been at the centre of controversy.
Earlier this year she took to Twitter and ranted about how much she hated her parents and how she tried the drug MDMA.
Scout is the middle child in her famous family - Bruce and Demi are also parents to Rumer Willis, 23, and Tallulah Belle, 18.
The Die Hard actor became a father for the fourth time in April when his new wife Emma Heming gave birth to a girl, Mabel Ray.

Scout is said to have presented a fake ID with the name Katherine Kelly to police when they queried her age, according to the New York Daily News.
After further questioning by an officer, she confessed that her real name was Scout Willis, reportedly saying: 'The first ID isn't mine. My friend gave it to me.'
