Well ...it's more of a tractor turned bunker ...which I can assure you would cost 10 times more than a regular police cruiser . It's obviously not to chase the criminals but mostly to guard themselves from an angry crowd or so ....also ,like it says .... would be a lot more protective in the event of a mother nature crisis.
