The important point is why hasn't the caretaker government in Pakistan sent an official letter to Britain about Avenfield reference case? What is stopping them from implementing the judgment?

Like with Altaf Hussain they will find technicalities to let them off.

If this news is true, it's bigger than Nawaz's conviction. He'd happily go to jail to save his looted assets but, if these assets are confiscated, he'll die of a heart attack in his jail cell.

nothing find

BTW whatever happened to the Receipts that were promised by your idiot, what was he holding up in parliament? Why wasnt the Qatari Prince brought as a witness by the defence? Does Maryam own properties in PK as well as London, apparently yes according to her papers for the election. Remember haaarmis like you will always support the corrupt unless you a paid troll in which case you just a loser who cant get a better job.

The comparison between Altaf Hussein and Nawaz Sharif cases are somewhat not true IMO.

Britain has recently enacted the Unexplained Wealth Order (UWO) law, which is specifically drafted for money laundering and unexplained sources of wealth cases like Sharifs. Since Sharifs cannot show any source of income for their London properties,AND they have also be convicted from Pakistani courts on account of laundering money and not providing any source for Apartments, It would be very hard for British authorities to treat this case similar to Altaf Hussain.

Sharifs will HAVE to show up the mony trail in Britain if they are asked to as per the new UWO law. There is no getting around it. And since they have already been convicted in Pakistan, they also cannot claim in Britain that they brought this money Legally through Pakistan. But the important thing is Pakistan must officially engage Britain regarding Avenfield reference outcome which the caretaker government is not doing.

This is of course just my personal opinion.

I disagree
I would, rather, say ANOTHER EYEWASH, like Scotland-yard Police started investigation against Altaf on money laundering, then a HUSH.
I disagree, I think Brits know they are useless now so they will try to confiscate all their money/assets and Pakistan wont get any money back .

They will soon file case according to new law ‘unexplained wealth order’ seize the property. Surprisingly our NAB and court will not act fast. Eventually Pakistan will loose them like Swiss bank $200 billion dollars bank accounts.
